My life mission is to create opportunities for deeper connection, firstly by being present, and then by seeing, and sharing, my creativity, my compassion, my playfulness, my joy, my wisdom… and doing it with grace.
Leaving 30 years working in the creative sector of the corporate world, I have been following my soul's calling, helping others to connect with their innate creativity, using mediation practices, discovery processes, compassionate discourse, movement and sound, working one to one, with groups, in person and online.
